Product Description

The Powrtouch All Wheel Drive Twin axle caravan mover drives all four wheels of the caravan; this model is required where the twin axle caravan is over 1650 kgs (MTPLM), may be used on a steep slope, turning uphill or on uneven ground (where the drive wheels may lift off the ground).Will fit the majority of all twin axle caravans. When fitting this Powrtouch mover special attention should be paid to heating and water pipes and they can interfere with the fitting and may need to be moved by an approved caravan dealer. NOTE: The ALKO jacking points will have to be removed and an alternative method of jacking the caravan sought (for further advice see Caravan Club Handbook Technical Section).

N.B – By explaining to our sales team under what type of conditions your Twin Axle caravan needs to be moved, (for example, fairly steep drive with a sharp turn before parking) will enable us to recommend the correct Twin mover option for you.

As an ISO approve company, Powrwheel Limited prides itself on the quality of it's products, the guarantee offered and the service given to support any product failures. We have a customer focused policy and all staff in the company understand that customer satisfaction is paramount.

Powrtouch:

This is the caravan moving system with a FIVE YEAR NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE, something that other Caravan Moving Companies would like to be able to match. You are advised to be wary of false promises: whilst others may offer a five year guarantee, can they match the incredible service given by Powrwheel Limited to its customers over the last 10 years?

The service works exactly as follows:
What happens when you have (or think you have) a problem with a Powrtouch Mover?

1) Check the Powrtouch system using the Fault Finding Checks as Listed in Section Sections 14 & 15 of your handbook. If the problem is not solved then locate (on the front cover of your handbook) the serial number of your Powrtouch (PWRT/?/?????) as this will be needed to aid with fault diagnosis and identify any replacement parts if required;

2) Phone the Powrtouch Technical Department where one of our fully qualified and trained technical staff will diagnose the fault from the information given to them by you. Please be aware that we use technical staff fully product conversant and not just a call centre with staff using diagnostic flow charts to try to solve the problem. This means that 99% of faults are correctly diagnosed.

3) When the fault has been diagnosed the Technician will, if necessary, arrange for replacement parts to be despatched. If necessary he will also arrange for a fitter that covers the area where you live to contact you to make an appointment and carry out the repair. We currently have in excess of 90 fitters covering the whole of mainland UK and Ireland and even if you are on holiday we can still arrange for a repair to be carried out before you return home (providing time allows). If you are on holiday in Europe we can still help you although the coverage of fitters is not as prolific as in the UK.

4) All breakdowns and repairs are monitored by the Technical Department and your problem, with its solution, is recorded and stored on our product data base. This data base then allows our Quality Department to look for any Quality or Manufacturing issues and/or our Design Department to locate any reoccurring faults that can be put into the Product Continuous Improvement Programme.
